The President, Arewa Christian and Indigenous Pastors Association, (ACIPA) Rev Luke Shehu has asked President Muhammadu Buhari to publicly explain to Nigerians the whereabouts of the 5448 Boko Haram and other condemned criminal detainees that were recently released unconditional.
Rev Luke also gave statistics of other condemned inmates released unconditional by the APC Buhari led administration early thus year, he also gave statics other criminals released unconditional.
“There is no remarkable record imprisonment of Boko Haram suspect and Fulani Militia since the President came into power. Instead, the population of violent militia herdsmen has continued to increase their capacity to destroy citizens of Nigeria willy-nilly. A summary of some of the Prisoners released is given bellow:

ACIPA President, Rev Luke made the call Saturday in Jos, during a press conference, speaking on national insecurity issues.
He therefore call for the establishment of a commission to rebuild infrastructure destroyed by Boko Haram herdsmen milias insurgents.
“We demand the immediate establishment of a Middle Belt Development Commission (MBDC) to handle the callous devastation in the region and restore humanity to its people.”
The clergy call on President Muhammadu Buhari to drop his 2019 presidential ambition.
“Mr. President, in view of your spiritual, moral and physical failures as well as your choice to maintain a dysfunctional and ineffective security chiefs and cabals ahead of your desperation to hold unto office in 2019, we prayerfully and prophetically declare: No vacancy in Aso Rock for Mohammadu Buhari in 2019!.”
He accused President Buhari of biasness in appointment of top decision makers in his administration.
“President Buhari, by virtue of his position in the Fulani hierarchy and as a Muslim president and surrounded by 22 Muslims out of the 25 top positions in Nigeria cannot claim ignorance of the available intelligence report as a sitting president, neither can he claim ignorance of the grand land-grabbing and occupational strategies of the Fulani militia and Islamists.”
The clergy suggested that herders who have grapped land of native and send them parking be brought to justice.
“Restoration of all lands and properties seized and occupied by Fulani herdsmen and other militias to the original owners without delay. Within the context of rule of law, every criminal should face the law.”
