The
Senator representing Kaduna central Senatorial district, Senator Shehu Sani on Friday donated 10 complete set of sewing machines to the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) within his senatorial district.
According to the Senator during the presentation which took place at the Kaduna State CAN Secretariate, the presentation is part of his modest contribution to the Christian umbrella body within his district.
He expressed optimism that the sewing machines will be distributed among members from the senatorial district, particularly the less privilege ones to help alleviate their challenges.
Senator Sani who was represented by his Special Adviser Media, Abdulsamad Chima Amadi, said he is aware of the challenges many Nigerians are passing through, assuring that as God continue to bless him politically and otherwise, he will not relent in extending his hands of kindness to people, particularly those from his constituency.
He urged them to ensure that God fearing people are elected into positions of leadership particularly as the 2019 general elections approaches.
Responding, the Chairman CAN Kaduna Central, Reverend Shokolo Ayuba Kasuwa commended the Senator for his kind gesture.
He assured him that the sewing machines will be distributed accordingly to the less privilege members within the seven local government areas that makes up the Kaduna central.
Reverend Kasuwa prayed God to bless the Senator and grant him the desires of his hearts now and in the future.
