The Plateau state command Commissioner of police, has paraded suspected criminals arrested within the last three weeks at different locations in the state, among them, a dealers in fake currency notes.
The suspected Money doubler, a 38 year old man, one Danjuma Yilbis, was apprehend with one thousand naira notse worth 16million Naira.
He was arrested along Ron, in Bokkos local government area of central Plateau state.
The police on Friday, during the briefing, also paraded a 10 man gang who killed a residence of Nwur village in Zamko, Langtang South local government area of southern Plateau state, one Ndem Gungnim, on alleged witchcraft, and buried the remains in a shallow grave.
Police said the remains of the victim was exhumed for autopsy, to accertain what killed the Ndem Gungnim.
Among the ten suspected killer of the alleged witchcraft was an (80) eight years old suspect Takjina Kurnan, another of the suspect is an aged 70 years old man.
The police also reported another arrest of four suspects, arrested for armed robbery in Tudunwada area of Jos north, the suspects were reported to have broken a Game Shop and cartway with electronics, which value was not made public at press time.
The police commissioner equally reported that it arrested a notorious cultist who have been terrorising residence of Janta in Jos north local government area of the state capital Jos.
Speaking on the challenges of the Police in Plateau state in fighting crime, the police commissioner said the command needs more personnel and operational vehicles to tackle insecurity in the state.
The police chief revealed that the police command has concluded arrangements for a hicthfree 2019 Christmas, as it has intensified road patrol.
The over 20 suspects paraded on Friday, will be charged to court on completion of investigations by the police.
