Plateau state has been ranked second best in the recently concluded measles campaign coverage, measles is one of the deadly childhood killer diseases.
National Primary Health care Development Agency, made the disclosure Thursday in a chart, said Plateau State scored 96.4 % at the just concluded 2018 measles vaccination campaign coverage for all the states including Abuja
This performance, according to the report placed Plateau in the second position after Abuja, which top the table with score of 98.8 percent. Borno state rank the lest with 72.2 percent coverage.
North Central states toped the chart with with 92.2 percent coverage.
Governor Lalong had on assumption of office said will prioritised healthcare delivery for the citizenry.
