The Speaker of the Kaduna State House of Assembly, Aminu Abdullahi Shagali has declared
The two members who represents Kachia and Kudan Constituency recently dumped the APC.
Citing section 21 of the constitution, the Speaker of the State Assembly, Aminu Abdullahi Shagali said having been elected on the platform of APC, the two members have loss their seat by moving to another party.
