Governor Nasir el-Rufai has demolished the residence of Senator Suleiman Othman Hukunyi in Kaduna metropolis.
Senator Hukunyi represent Kaduna North at the National Assembly under the platform of the All Progressive Congress.
A local security guard, alleged that the governor personally supervised the demolition exercise in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
The residence, located at No. 11B Sambo road has been the headquarters of the factional leadership of the APC in Kaduna State, since the emergency of Alhaji Danladi Wada as the acting Chairman.
Hukunyi had rented the apartment to the factional State leadership of the All Progressive Congress, APC to under take it activities.
The security guard said: “el-rufai in company of tens of uniform military personnel this morning supervised the demolition of the APC State Secretariat for issuing him a 6 month suspension on the ground of his unethical activities with regards to party rules and traditions.”
