The crisis rocking the Kaduna State chapter of the All Progressive Congress (APC) has reached it zenith following the opening of another party secretariat by Shuiabu Inuwa Wada led executives.
Mr. Wada who claimed he was elected Vice Chairman of the party while the current Deputy Governor, Mr. Bala Barnabas Bantex at the party’s Congresses in 2014.
According to Wada, He relocated the party secretariat to No. 11B, Sambo Road, Kaduna followed the continued invasion, attacks and harassment by sponsored political thugs on state party executives at the former address of the party hence the relocation to a more secured address was necessary.
Though, Kakaaki Reporters gathered the other factional party secretariat located along Ali Akilu road was still been occupied by the factional Acting State Chairman, Mr. Shuiabu Idris who is said to have been imposed on the party by the State governor, Nasir el-Rufai after the appointment of the substantive Chairman, Mr. Bantex as Deputy Governor of the State.
Addressing members of the press at the new party office located at 11B Sambo Raod, the state acting Chairman Shuaibu Inuwa Wada call on all Local Governments and Wards party offices in the state to direct all their correspondences to the current address and advised other stakeholders including INEC, Nigerian Police, the SSS, KADSIECOM, party members and the general public to note the recent change in the address of the state party secretariat which is approved by the National Headquarters of the party.
Mr. Wada also urged all members of the party to remain steadfast and committed to the lawful activities of the party and avoid any act of disloyalty and anti party activists that will undermine the unity of the party in the conduct of congresses and the success of the party in the forthcoming Local Government Councils elections and the 2019 general elections in the state.
