The bigwigs of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Jema’a Local Government Area of Kaduna State have unanimously endorsed the aspiration of Iliya Wilson Yangye for Kaduna State House of Assembly.
The Jema’a party’s loyalists who filled the Conference hall at Comrade Cecilia Musa Nurses House in Kaduna, to capacity, during the first of its kind meeting of recent, expressed optimism that Wilson was the right man to represent the good people of Jema’a.
According to one of the just concluded Local Government Chairmanship aspirants, Barrister Dyagas Ezekiel said,” Wilson is a vibrant Youth and a philanthropist who has contributed his quota to the development of Jema’a Local Government.
“If there is need to support any political movement is to support Wilson who is my younger brother in the struggle.
“I am happy my own people are here to see me despite the fact that am not the council Chairman.
“We are the ruling party in the State but we’re like slaves in the Local Government. The just concluded Local Government election that was supposed to be a walk over but we lost out,” he said.
Comrade Cecilia further advised the aspirant to be well calculative in the intrigues of the politics, adding “we have made mistakes in the past but hopeful to correct them in the next general election.”
She disclosed that, “Mrs. Rabi, is from Kagoma whether she like it or not. Why didn’t I go to contest in Zango Kataf which I left after 35 years ago when I got married?
She noted that, “We had friction with Wilson at the just concluded Local government election. APC Jema’a Local Government structure has been commended in the entire State.
“What I was doing, i never knew posterity will bring me to where I am today. We must desist from politics of bitterness and bigotry.
“Because of the passion i have for the party that’s why, when Wilson was to defect to APC i had to traveled to his Village Ghauta,” She said.
According to her, “Am like a mother to the four contestant in Jema’a Local Government.
Hon. Iliya Wilson Yangye thank Honorable Cecilia for expressing the spirit of sportsmanship and a mother saying, I am bracing on your foundation you have laid.
“I also want to pledge that I will not embarrass your structure. Am confident that God is taking this transition somewhere.
“My aspiration is purely to render service, I will rely on your advises and support. I urged you to support me to ensure we liberate this movement.
“The Governor has no Senator, House of reps, State of Assembly and Council Chairman that would have reduce the pressure for the governor.
“Count yourself very lucky because you were wise to get the pillars of my structure.
“I hope and pray you will not disappoint him when the movement get tough in the deep sea,” Cecilia urges.
On his part, Nuhu Nehemiah Gudah, Vice Chairman Stakeholder of Bade Ward expressed confident on the candidature of Honorable Wilson leading them to victory.
