3 Pupils Allegedly Kidnap From Essence Int’l School, Kaduna,

Three children of same parents schooling in the prestigious Essence International School kaduna have been reportedly kidnapped.

The abductor of the three children have already demanded for N2. 5 million ransom.

 

The statement which is contained in a letter of petition addressed to the Commissioner of Police kaduna state command Mr. Austin Iwar, was made available to journalists in Kaduna.

 

Signed by Barr. M. T. Mohammad, on behalf  of his client, Doyin Olawale, the letter appealed to the CP to investigate four people suspected to have master minded the Abduction.

 

The petition dated Wednesday 26th March 2018, and titled “Allegation of criminal conspiracy and kidnapping of three children”, stated that one Buhari Abdulfatai representing Ogbomoso, at senate, and three others were fingered in connection with act.

 

The three others accused in the petition includes Alhaji Abdulyakeen Oyeleke, Tajudeen Ola Oyeleke, and Mukaila Oyeleke, respectively.

 

While 3 Pupils allegedly kidnapped includes Abubakar Olawale, Qawamu Olawale and Labiba Olawale of aged between 12, 9 and 7 years, respectively.

 

According to the lawyer, his client Mr. Olawale was married to one Fatima but the marriage broke down some times in 2016, irretrievably for which reason a court granted a divorce after the marriage had been blessed with three children.

 

In the petition, the counsel alleged that the children of Doyin Olawale are still missing and their whereabouts unknown, which necessitated the writing of the petition on the instructions of his client.

 

The petitioner further alleged that one of the accused person “has contacted the family of the missing children demanding for the sum of N2. 5 million,   to release their victims.

 

“Our client married one Fatima but the married but the marriage broke down some times in 2016 irretrievably for which reason a court granted a divorce. The marriage was blessed with three children.

“Our client enrolled the children in essence international school, Kaduna even when our client shares joint custody with his former wife, Fatima. To our dismay and without his consent or permission the three children were forcefully Abducted and taken out of kaduna to unknown destination”,Barr. Mohammed said.

All efforts made to  contact the proprietress, Mrs. Mohammad, Wife of Sarki Lere, failed as she could not be reached for clarifications due to absent.

However, insiders confirmed that the children were pupils of the school but were removed voluntarily  by the mother before school resumed in last session.

The source who spoke on anonymity said the mother of the children relocated to Abuja along with kids, adding that they were not kidnapped from the school.

Also contacted on phone, Fatima, the  mother of the three children admitted been in custody of them, but could not respond to demand to enable journalists see them in person. She added that the matter has taken to court for legal action.

All efforts to reach the Senator were unsuccessful, however, the Senior Special Assistant to the Senator, Hon. Bashir Tolani Salaudeen, described the allegations as unfounded, when contacted on his mobile phone, adding that the Senator would only respond when invited by the police.
