The International Peace Commission (IPC-Nigeria) has flagged-off its 10,000 Tree Planting exercise Saturday April 22,2023 to compliment the United Nation’s World Earth Day.

The flag-off which took place at the Unity Fountain, Abuja saw residents and members of IPC-Nigeria in their numbers in attendance.

According to the Head of Mission-Nigeria, international Peace Commission (IPC-Nigeria), Amb Hussaini Coomassie, he called on Nigerians to join hands with IPC to massively plant trees across the country as climate change is devastating the world and Nigeria isn’t left out.

He urges all those carrying arms against the State to desist from the act and embrace peace.
